Abstract: We report a case of a 69-year-old patient with a history of breast carcinoma diagnosed 2 years ago. The patient was referred to our clinic with symptoms of swelling in the parotid gland suspected for metastases. However, fine needle aspiration revealed lymphoproliferative disease. After surgical removal of the gland, lymphoma was identified.
